Warm Red Cabbage, Pomegranate & Walnut Salad with Mustard Dressing

Why This Supports Heart Health & Cholesterol

  • Red cabbage is rich in anthocyanins, which reduce oxidative stress and protect LDL from oxidation.
  • Pomegranate polyphenols improve endothelial nitric oxide production and reduce arterial stiffness.
  • Walnuts supply plant sterols and omega-3 ALA.
  • Mustard seeds contain glucosinolates supporting detoxification pathways.
  • This salad protects the vascular lining while improving lipid metabolism.
