How Do My Courses Work?

 

No matter how many times you read it, I am here to tell you that calories do NOT count. Our body is not a simple combustion engine and just counting calories blindly will NEVER give you the ongoing weight loss results that you are looking for.

What you may have heard is  ‘where the calories come from is what matters’, and that is something that I would absolutely agree with.

Different foods change our body’s internal chemistry in different ways. Our body composition (ie fat percentage, muscle mass etc) is a response to our metabolic environment. Understand how different foods impact your internal metabolic environment, and you have the tools to make permanent change.

Please stop beating yourself up if you have followed that age old advice to simply count calories and never achieved what you wanted to. It’s time we understood our bodies a little better so we can reclaim our health.
