Dale is a degree and post grad trained Nutritionist with over 25 active years in the industry. He is a Sunday Times best selling, multi award winning author of 15 books on the subject of Nutrition and Health. He is also a regular face on UK TV on shows such as This Morning, Lorraine, Good Morning Britain, Food Unwrapped, and is co presenter of ITV’s hit Prime Time Show: Eat Shop Save.



Dr Gemma Newman

Dr Gemma Newman has worked in medicine for 15 years and is the Senior Partner at a family medical practice where she has worked for 10 years. She studied at the University of Wales College of Medicine and has worked in many specialities as a doctor including elderly care, endocrinology, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry, general surgery, urology, vascular surgery, rehabilitation medicine and General Practice. She has been a vocal advocate of the role that food and nutrition plays in healthcare and the management of many health issues. Gemma teaches on our ‘Mental Health - The Nutrition Connection’ module. 


Dr Alan Desmond

Dr Alan Desmond is a Consultant Gastroenterologist. He is a candid advocate for the role that our diet and lifestyle can play in the instigation and management of many digestive disorders. He takes a patient-centred approach to diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal problems, including acid reflux,  indigestion, Barrett's oesophagus, stomach ulcers, Coeliac disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticular disease, lactose intolerance, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Dr Desmond teaches on our ‘Digestive System’ module.



Christine Bailey BSc (Hons), MSc

Christine is an award winning Nutritional Therapist, Chef, Author and Broadcaster with over 18 years of experience. With a passion for creating delicious nourishing recipes Christine has a reputation for transforming people’s health and love of real food. Working in the Food, Health & Fitness sector Christine is much sought after due to her in-depth nutritional and food expertise. Christine teaches on our Nutrition and Immunity module
