| Hi Dale, Just listened to you on BBC Three Counties radio promoting your Winter Wonderland factsheet and heard you mention garlic capsules. I can give you one 'weird but works' fact I have found. I used to always get bitten by mosquitos on my summer holiday to Spain, I would always spend the rest of the holiday pre-occupied by uncomfortable itching and swollen attacked areas. I heard that taking one garlic capsule a day would keep the mosquitos away, well I am pleased to report three years and holidays later, not one bite! An odourless garlic capsule is now part of my daily routine. |

| Hi There is an ebook out at the moment. I have written a detailed book proposal and am now seeking a good publisher for the main book. Keep everything crossed for me. :o) With regards to low immunity- remedies such as reishi mushroom and astragalus are advisable for daily use. Foods such as goji berries, shiitake mushrooms, brown rice, and oats all contain very active sugars that can increase white blood cell numbers. Give it a go :o) Dale |

| I\'ve read all the information on the site and would love to buy the DVD but the form says my address is invalid (but it isn\'t!). How can I get round this? Amazon say the DVD isn\'t available until mid-May and I can\'t wait that long! |
