Raisin and Corriander Quinoa |
Quinoa is a South American grain that is packed so highly with protein and minerals, that ancient civilisations nicknamed it 'The Mother Grain' due to its sustaining properties.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of quinoa (sprouted)
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 1 small bunch of fresh corriander
- 1 pinch of cumin
Method
- Sprout the quinoa by soaking it for 24 hours. Drain, then rinse through with water every 2 hours during the day you wish to eat it. You will start to notice little sprout tails forming.
- mix in the corriander finely chopped, the raisins, and the cumin
This is great with curried kale or even with the anti-inflammatory curry. Enjoy!!
