Kryptonian crackers

These crackers are great as a very satisfying and nutritionally dense snack that you can just grab on the go, and still be sure that you are getting masses of nutrition.

Ingredients
2 large handfuls of mixed seeds (pumpkin, hemp, sesame, sunflower)
Half a red bell pepper chopped into a few chunks
10 organic sundried tomatoes
1 large clove of garlic
1 quarter of a red onion
1 teaspoon of suma root powder
Half a teaspoon of maca root powder
1 tablespoon of organic hemp oil
1o drops of 'Concentrace' ionic mineral drops
a pinch of Himalayan crystal salt

Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor, and blend until a course paste is formed.
2. Spread the mixture out thinly onto grease-proof paper, or a teflex dehydrator sheet.
3. Dehydrate at 70 degrees for 8-12 hours. I always prefer to dehydrate at these low temperatures, as I can rest assured that the entire enzyme and nutrient intact. Even though temperatures of 105 etc are still "technically raw", but there are some complex active chemicals, that will still be denatured, altered, and destroyed at these temperatures.
4. Remove from the dehydrator and cool for 30-40 minutes to maximise the crunchiness.

These are great when served with guaca'whoa'le. Enjoy!
