I am always adding superfoods and tonic herbs into the foods I create. This is a perfect example of the simplicity and practicality of such food preparation.

Ingredients
1 large organic hass avocado
1 medium tomato
1 large clove of garlic
1 red chilli
1 small handful of coarsely chopped fresh corriander
1 heaped teaspoon of your chosen superfood powder (I use 'Natures Living Superfood' or 'Pure Synergy', but any greens powder will work well. You could also try spirulina, chlorella, klamath algae, barleygrass, alfalfa etc)
1 tablespoon of hemp oil
Pinch of Himalayan crystal salt

Method
1. Peel and mash the avocado in a bowl.
2. Finely chop the tomato, garlic, and chilli and add to the mashed avocado.
3. Add the coriander, superfoods powder, hemp oil, and crystal salt.

Mix well.

This dish is great served with vegetable crudites and kryptonian crackers. Enjoy!
