Curried Kale

I LOOOOOVE this dish. I find it so moreish, and love serving it with raisin and corriander quinoa. It is a 100% raw dish, but feels and tastes as though it is cooked!

Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls of raw curly kale
  • Dash of hemp oil
  • Pinch of Himalayan crystal salt
  • 1 tablespoon of raw tahini
  • Dash of Bragg's liquid amino's
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp oil
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • half a teaspoon of curry powder

Method
  • Place the kale into a bowl, and drizzle the hemp oil over it, and then add a pinch of Himalayan crystal salt.
  • Start firmly massaging the kale until it has wilted to give the appearance of cooked kale
  • In a small bowl, mix the tahini, liquid amino's, hemp oil, garlic, and curry powder, until it becomes a smooth curry dressing.
  • Add the dressing to the kale, and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve with raisin and corriander quinoa

This dish is a potent source of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium and a whole host of trace elements.
