Change your life in a weekend |
This unique service offers you the most indepth life changing personal health coaching you will experience. I will spend an entire weekend with you and take you step by step through your transformational strategies, and on the road to a new life of health and abundance.
Day one - setting the scene
On the Friday evening, I will sit down with you and, together we will establish your own personal health and lifestyle goals, and will start to devise a plan as to how you will achieve this. There will also be a full nutritional consultation and general health check up (respiratory, cardiovascular, abdominal, and muskuloskeletal examinations, plus blood pressure check). The goal of this first evening is to establish where you are with your health, and where you want to go, then work out our route to that destination. Then I will start beavering away, developing some great recipes for you, and a full lifestyle programme, whilst you put your feet up and relax.
Day two - a journey of a thousand miles...
...starts with a single step. Saturday morning, bright and early (yes...i said EARLY), we will check out your local amenities such as gym's, healthfood stores, supermarkets, organic delivery services, parks, rivers etc. These are vital in devising your personal life changing plan. It is essential that we use your local amenities to your best advantage, so that you can really see how anyone, anywhere can incorporate the practices that I teach into their daily life.
Then the journey really begins. We will go shopping! I will take you around your favourite supermarket and get you used to the staple ingredients we will be using and incorporating into your new plan. Ill show you the differences between 'apparently' healthy foods, and the real deal. Then we will visit your local gym or leisure centre and devise an exercise programme for you (thats if you dont already have one of course). Then, its off to the kitchen!!!
The best way to show you the simplicity of what I teach, is to show you how to prepare the dishes step by step in your own kitchen, using your own utensils. This will aid to familiarise you with the preparation. We will prepare the dishes together, and I will guide you through the core ingredients I use and the best ways in which to prepare these for maximum benefit. We will also go through the basic preparation methods and how one differs from the other and how each would affect your individual programme. Then - dinner time, and the rest of the night off.
Day Three - putting it into practice
Sunday is all about you getting your hands dirty, with my input as and when you need it. Ill be floating around hammering away at my laptop preparing notes and guidelines for you to keep in a folder for referral when you need it. Ill be in the background if you need tips on preparing your dishes, to answer specific questions etc.
In the afternoon we will do a review session. We will go over everything that has been taught. This is also a perfect Q & A session opportunity. We will wrap things up by going through your folder contents, so you are ready to continue on your journey to radiant perfect health.
