Sunday April 11th - Natural and Organic Product Show, Kensington Olympia (health industry trade show). 12noon - Dale will be doing a DVD signing at the nutricentre book shop. 3pm - Dale is live on stage in the 'Organic Kitchen' stage area, cooking up medicinal treats.

Saturday May 29th - Bristol Eco Veggie Fayre (one of the UK's largest veggie shows). 1pm - Dale is doing a live medicinal cookery demo.
