"My journey into natural medicine began at the age of 18. I was living a far from healthy life, and I had been suffering long term with dreadful spotty skin, recurrent throat infections, fatigue, and emotional disruptions. I visited doctors over and over, and nothing made any kind of difference to my life at all. One day someone managed to persuade me to consider reviewing what I was eating and how I was living, and lent me a few books. My interest was becoming roused, and I began to put some of these new found methods into practice - the change shocked me into action. I read everything I could find, and eventually took my interest to University level and left Westminster University with a 2:1 classification degree in Herbal Medicine.

Now my health is profoundly different. My skin glows, I have abundant energy day in day out, I cannot remember the last time I had a cold, and the feelings of joy and appreciation for all that I have in my life are ever increasing. Healthy balanced life choices and habits can really be life changing, and I now do my best to be a purveyor of change for all that seek my help."
