I went to see a nutritionalist for a while. Every time, I went she would give me a list of supplements that might help me. I always had to buy them on line because she said those providers had better quality supplements than I could get on the high street. I was a bit suspicious of this as I had to give her consultant reference number to order, which I presumed gave her commission and made me think I was probably being conned. So, I’d love to know whether the cheap magnesium tablets that I now buy in Morrisons are likely to be poorer in quality than the more costly ones in holland and barrett and what should we look for when trying to decide if a vitamin/mineral product is good quality?
