New Year new start with Puerh tea | Your diet and lifestyle | Forum

A couple of years ago my Chinese friend introduced me to Puerh  and Oolong tea saying it would help me to lose weight. I was sceptical but now believe that being part of a proper diet regime it does work. I've tried lots and lots of different suppliersso I'd like to share this with you as some are just scams. My Chinese friend says back home they drink Green tea for energy, Oolong tea for weight loss and maintenance plus Puerh tea after eating fatty food and drinking alcohol! 

And at a restaurant in the Lake District I recently tried Green tea Panna Cotta. It was delicious.
